Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how payment for Full Access works on aipraveen.com. In short: no refunds, and we make it easy to know what you're buying before you pay.
All sales are final — no refunds
Full Access is a digital product that unlocks the entire Platform — every course past the free preview, project submissions, certificates and challenges — the moment your payment is confirmed. Because access is granted immediately and in full, all purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is completed, we do not offer refunds, full or partial, for any reason — including change of mind, not using the access, or only finishing part of a course.
Decide before you buy
We want you to buy with confidence, so nothing about what you're getting is hidden behind the paywall:
- Every course is free to preview — no login required to browse, and the first two modules of every course are free even signed in.
- The full curriculum — every module and lesson title — is visible in each course's outline before you pay, even for the locked lessons.
- Still unsure? Email support@aipraveen.com before purchasing and we will answer honestly.
Failed or interrupted payments
If a payment fails or is interrupted, you are not charged. If any amount was debited for a failed or duplicate transaction, it is reversed automatically by the payment gateway, typically within 5–7 working days. No entitlement is created for a failed payment.
Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error, contact support@aipraveen.com within 7 days with your order details. We will investigate and, where a genuine duplicate or billing error is confirmed, reverse the erroneous charge. This is the only circumstance in which money is returned.
Renewing after Full Access lapses
Full Access lasts one year from the date of purchase. It does not renew automatically — you are only charged if you choose to buy it again. A repeat purchase is a fresh, one-time payment and is itself non-refundable once completed. Your learning progress, submitted projects and portfolio are preserved across expiry, whether or not you buy Full Access again.

Reading the free preview of any course carries no charge and therefore no refund applies.
