Terms of Service

1. Who can use the Platform — adults only (18+)

The Platform is intended for adult students and self-learners. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, sign in, buy anything, register for a workshop, submit a project or otherwise use the Platform, and you must be able to form a binding contract under Indian law. There is no exception for younger people with a parent's or guardian's permission. By creating an account, ticking the confirmation box, or buying, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We record that confirmation, with the date and the version of these Terms you accepted. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

If we learn that someone is under 18, or gave a false age, we may suspend or close the account and remove its content without notice, and amounts already paid are not refunded. If you are a parent or guardian and think a minor has registered, write to pravendalal@gmail.com and we will act on it.

2. Accounts and signing in

Sign in with a one-time email magic link (valid for 15 minutes), or set a password from your account page and use that instead. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the security of the email inbox or password you sign in with. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared.

3. What is free, and what Full Access unlocks

• Every course on the Platform is free to preview — no login required to browse, and no payment required for the first two modules of any course.
• Full Access is a one-time payment of ₹2,999 that unlocks unlimited, uncapped use of the Platform for one year from the date of purchase: finishing every course past the free preview, reading every project idea in full, submitting projects to your portfolio, earning course-completion certificates, and entering time-boxed challenges.
• The current Full Access price is a launch offer. We intend to raise it to ₹4,999 for new purchases later. A price change never affects a year you have already paid for: you keep access for the full year at the price you paid.
• Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Full Access does not renew automatically. If it lapses, you can purchase it again at any time to unlock another year — each purchase is a fresh, one-time payment, not a subscription.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card, UPI or bank details.

4. Refunds and cancellations

Purchases are final and non-refundable if you change your mind. If we cancel a workshop batch or cannot provide what you paid for, you are refunded or moved to another batch. Please review our Refund & Cancellation Policy before buying — it forms part of these Terms.

5. Licence to use content

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access course content on the Platform for your own learning — the free preview at all times, and the rest for as long as Full Access is active. You may not copy, download, record, resell, sub-licence, publicly display or redistribute any course lesson, workbook or material. All course content, curriculum, text, graphics and software on the Platform are our intellectual property or that of our licensors.

6. Your submissions and portfolio

When you submit a project to your portfolio, you keep ownership of your work. You grant us a licence to host, display and share it on the Platform and on your public portfolio page. You confirm you have the right to submit it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or contain unlawful content. We may review, decline, edit the presentation of, or remove submissions, and may provide feedback on them. Submitting a new project requires an active Full Access entitlement; editing a project you have already submitted does not.

7. Time-boxed challenges

Challenges are project prompts we post with a stated deadline. Submitting against a challenge follows the same rules as any other project submission (Section 6) and requires Full Access. A challenge may be archived at any time; work already submitted against it is unaffected.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not register on behalf of anyone under 18, or misstate your age.
• Do not share, resell or circumvent access controls, or scrape or bulk-download content.
• Do not upload unlawful, infringing, harmful or misleading material.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.

We may suspend or terminate access that breaches these Terms, without refund.

9. Self-paced courses, and the AI Sunday workshop

Courses are self-paced by design, and we do not run live classes or Q&A sessions for them. The one exception is the in-person AI Sunday workshop, a paid one-day session (a seat costs ₹12,999) held on a Sunday in a batch of up to 15 people at the venue shown on its page. Like the rest of the Platform it is for adults only: every attendee must be 18 or older. A seat is personal to the person who registers and cannot be resold. Register with your full name exactly as it appears on a valid photo ID: that name is printed on your certificate as you give it, and entry on the day is based on a valid photo ID showing the same name. We may refuse entry to anyone who cannot show one. Every attendee must also bring their own laptop and its charger, because a phone or tablet will not work for the exercises; we may refuse entry to anyone who arrives without one. We use the email you register with for your booking and for future correspondence about the workshop. Promotional emails are sent only if you opt in with the separate, optional box at checkout, and you can withdraw that consent at any time. The seat includes a free year of Full Access, and the benefits described on the workshop page, which we may update. The Platform and its content are provided for educational purposes and on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for Full Access giving rise to the claim.

11. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date reflects the current version, and continued use means you accept the changes. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Goa, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
