Projects to do

Campaigners guess which words make people act on climate, but a small honest test can show which message actually lands.

Mixed household waste is hard to compost or recycle, and a ward without a sorting system sends most of it to a dump.

Delivery riders lose earning time when waiting to charge, so platforms such as Swiggy and fleet operators must choose how to power electric bikes.

Small hotels in tourist towns spend heavily on cooling, hot water and laundry, but owners rarely have a clear, staged plan to cut use.

Students buy outfits for fests and interviews that they wear once, which is wasteful and costly, and no easy campus alternative exists.

Water supply differs widely between neighbouring households, yet planners and residents rarely see how daily routines adapt to it.
