Projects to do

A company hears that AI can predict resignations, but acting on such a score could label people unfairly or damage trust.

A growing pickle brand must decide whether to keep buying printed cartons or set up its own small printing and cutting, and the answer depends on volume.

A resident group wants people to stop littering, but one poster or one message rarely changes habits.

Goan coconut growers often feel they get little of what a coconut sells for in the market, but nobody has mapped each step's costs and shares.

Small hotels in tourist towns spend heavily on cooling, hot water and laundry, but owners rarely have a clear, staged plan to cut use.

A regional bus operator carries as many passengers as before but earns less, and the owner cannot say whether routes, costs or fares are to blame.

Annual reports hide useful detail about network design, risks and technology, but students rarely know how to read one for operations.

Street vendors face daily risks such as weather and illness but find standard insurance too costly or too complicated.

A Goan bakery that sells bebinca and dodol over the counter is considering a packed line for gift shops and online buyers, which needs equipment, packaging and licences.

Events lose their best volunteers after one season because the experience felt unorganised and unappreciated.

When a small store stops working, owners often vanish without telling customers or suppliers, which harms trust and their own name.

City marathons in Goa promise sponsors visibility, but after race day sponsors get a few photos and no clear record of what they paid for and what was delivered.

Investors often compare price to earnings across companies, yet an airline and a food maker have different risks, so the same multiple would mislead.

Children of Goans settled in the Gulf, the UK, Canada and other Indian cities often grow up without Konkani, and a founder wants to know whether families would pay for a learning product before building one.

A placement cell is offered a tool that ranks resumes automatically, and nobody has asked how it treats different students.

A scooter rental operator in north Goa must decide how many bikes to keep, repair or sell each season, but plans from memory rather than from a simple forecast of weekly demand.

A hostel changed its mess timings or a gym changed its slot system, and the manager says complaints dropped, but nobody counted themes before and after.

A city tourism app needs hotels, guides, taxis and shops to take part, and each partner asks what is in it for them.

A night food market draws crowds, but queues, hygiene, waste and stall mix can ruin the evening if nobody plans them.

When a parcel is lost, customers get repeated scripted replies and sellers wait without knowing who owns the problem.

A growing small brand must choose between a marketplace's reach and an own store's control, and the wrong balance can limit growth.

Many students think best in their home language, yet quality study material in regional languages is thin for several subjects.

Some river crossings carry vehicles slowly or not at all, and a roll-on roll-off service could save travel time, but it needs vessels, jetties, crew and enough users to pay its way.

People say they were censored when a post is removed, but a platform rule and a legal limit are very different things, and the difference matters.
