A canteen asks for name, phone number and birthday on a loyalty form, though a simple stamp card might do the same job.

Notices on a college board are missed or torn down, but an app that nobody opens is no better than the board.

AI tools write smooth product descriptions that can include features the product does not have.

Customers at a cyber cafe leave logins, files and downloads behind, and the owner has no simple routine to prevent it.

A tea stall owner knows the day only from memory, and a simple daily view of sales and waste could guide stocking.

A small homestay in Goa answers the same booking questions on WhatsApp every day, about rates, check-in, parking, pets and the monsoon, and slow or inconsistent replies lose guests.

A bakery sells dozens of items but its owner cannot tell which ones make money or which get thrown away.
