Projects to do

Parents deciding on a coaching class worry about safety, fees, results and workload, yet the answers are often scattered or vague.

Many students make a beautiful timetable on day one and abandon it by day three because it ignores meals, travel and tiredness.

Students blame their phone or their home for poor focus, yet rarely track what really interrupts a study session.

Students who feel lost in the first week of a new batch often quietly stop attending before the first test.

Re-reading a chapter feels productive but often leaves students unable to recall the key ideas when the exam arrives.

Many deserving students never apply for scholarships simply because they do not know where to look or what to prepare.

Important notices about fees, exams and events get lost among old posters and torn flyers on a crowded notice board.

A course page has to explain what a learner will do, how long it takes and what they will gain, all before they enrol.

Students are told how to study, but few ever compare what their own classmates actually do in the week before an exam.

New students often waste their first week not knowing where to collect an ID card, who to ask for a timetable or how to join a club.

Students say there is nowhere quiet to study, but nobody has written down what is actually available and what is missing.

A parent or applicant usually decides within seconds whether a college website looks trustworthy and easy to use.

Teachers are seen at the front of the room, but much of their work happens unseen in evenings spent marking, preparing and replying.

Students copy whatever note style they used in school without knowing whether another style would help them remember more.

A learning app has only a few minutes to convince a new user that coming back tomorrow is worth the effort.

Students take mock test after mock test but rarely record why they lost marks, so the same mistakes keep repeating.

Students with low vision or motor difficulties may struggle with websites that work fine with a mouse and normal text size.

Students pick a note app because a friend uses it, then struggle when their notes cannot be searched, shared or revised easily.

Learning apps use game-like features to bring users back, but some of these features motivate while others create pressure.

Mock interviews at colleges often end with a vague comment such as good, so students do not know what to practise next.

Applicants drop out of the admissions process at points the college never sees, such as an unanswered call or a confusing form.

Families compare coaching fees without counting travel, books, lost time and how much actual teaching they receive.

Slides crowded with small text, low-contrast colours and unlabelled images can exclude students with low vision, dyslexia or hearing difficulties.

Students finish courses and discover that the skills employers ask for are not the skills the syllabus actually taught.
