Projects to do

Many families weigh a scooter against a small car for the daily trip to work or college without looking at the whole picture.

Students would cycle more often if they knew which roads feel safe, but nobody has marked them out.

Service reminders from workshops often read like warnings, so customers ignore them until something goes wrong.

Campus parking feels chaotic, but nobody has written down when it fills up, where people circle and what causes the jams.

First-time buyers of second-hand cars often miss simple things to look at and end up trusting the seller's word.

A family of five wants one car but cannot decide between two models, and brochures make every car sound equally wonderful.

Goa's motorcycle taxi riders carry passengers on short trips, but few people outside the trade understand what a working day costs them in fuel, repairs and waiting time.

After a test drive the salesperson usually asks if it went well, which tells the dealership almost nothing it can act on.

Showrooms spend on cars but a visitor's impression often depends on the first two minutes of how they are greeted.

When a charging spot is shared, drivers argue about who goes next and how long is fair, because no sign says what to expect.

Car ads rarely talk about the car; they sell a feeling or a type of person, and viewers seldom notice how.

New drivers buy insurance because they are told to, without knowing what the cover includes or what happens when they make a claim.

Dropping a vehicle for service is stressful because customers rarely know what is happening to it or how long they must wait.

People hesitate to consider electric vehicles because of half-remembered stories about batteries, charging and cost.

Car brochures use terms that sound impressive but leave an ordinary buyer unsure what they mean or whether they matter.

First-time buyers of a motorcycle or scooter arrive at the showroom with questions that salespeople may not expect.

A small dealership posts only when a new model arrives, so followers see nothing useful in between and lose interest.

Road-safety posters are everywhere but students walk past them, so the message needs to be specific, short and about their own daily habits.

A local driving school depends on word of mouth and does not know how to reach young learners who search online first.

Everyone knows helmets and seatbelts matter, yet many young people skip them on short trips, and nobody has asked them why.

A small garage either runs out of common parts and loses the job, or keeps too many rarely used parts that tie up its cash.

Riders often feel they are overcharged but cannot say when, because fares from apps and from street drivers follow different logic.

Dealerships often leave online reviews unanswered or reply with the same stiff line, which makes unhappy customers feel ignored.

Online used-car listings look similar, and buyers waste weekends visiting cars that a closer read of the listing would have ruled out.
