Projects to do

Online cohorts lose learners quietly, and by the time anyone notices, the learner has already decided not to return.

A company bond pays more than a government bond because it carries risk, and the question is whether the extra is fair for that risk.

Town centres in Goa jam up because drivers circle for spaces, and nobody has put the causes and the options on one page.

A pharma plant in a Goa estate has more orders than two shifts can make, and must choose between a third shift, overtime or outsourcing, each with different costs, staffing and quality risks.

Billing is where trust is won or lost, since surprise charges and slow desks leave families angry after a stressful stay.

Audits are seen as dull box-ticking, yet the logic of testing a sample to judge a whole set of records is something every student can learn.

Subscriptions promise steady buyers, but they only work when delivery, packing and customer drop-off are planned honestly.

Goa's rivers carry ferries, barges and evening cruises, and public plans mention river tourism, but students rarely read what the plans actually propose or what concerns they raise.

Mining companies must restore land after extraction ends, and their accounts carry provisions for that future cost, but few readers understand how those provisions are estimated or what they leave out.

Long waits in an outpatient department upset patients, but managers see only averages that hide the worst days.

A single-screen cinema has a fixed number of seats and shows each day, so every unsold seat is lost income, yet discounts can teach audiences to wait.

A small resort in Goa wants to attract wellness travellers but does not know which services, schedules and messages would suit them.

Staff in tax and accounts offices lose many hours a week reminding clients to send documents, which delays work for everyone.

SIM-related fraud hurts customers and operators alike, and small retailers often do not know where their checks are weakest.

A small Goan masala brand sells through its own site, a marketplace and local shops, and the owner cannot see which channel and product actually earns money each month.

Staff at small advice firms are already pasting work into free chatbots, often without knowing what is safe to share.

Shipyards say they want more local suppliers, and small firms nearby want the work, but quality certifications, payment cycles and tender rules keep them apart.

A row of beach shacks produces large amounts of food waste, bottles and packaging in season, and with collection often irregular, waste ends up behind the shacks or on the sand.

A food unit throws away peels, rejects and wash water every day, and each of these is both a cost and a burden on the environment.

Waste segregation rules exist on paper, but residents, collectors and local bodies often disagree about who should do what.

Students living a few stops away depend on unreliable buses and private vehicles, so a shared shuttle might help but needs careful planning.

Fans watch matches with a phone in hand, yet broadcasters rarely design for that second screen.

Many khazan fields in Goa lie fallow after embankments broke or farming stopped, and villages argue over whether to restore rice, allow fish farming, or leave the land as it is.

A subscription business can look healthy while losing money on every customer if acquisition cost, churn and pricing are not examined together.
