Water supply differs widely between neighbouring households, yet planners and residents rarely see how daily routines adapt to it.

Homestays in an inland Goa village do well in peak months and struggle through the monsoon, and each owner discounts alone instead of building a reason for guests to come.

A restarted lease in Goa faces uncertain ore prices, grades, transport routes and costs, and a single forecast hides how differently things could turn out.
