Projects to do

Hospitals serve people with limited movement, vision or hearing, but many barriers are invisible to staff who use the building daily.

Founders explain failure very differently, and the way they tell the story shapes trust with customers, staff and future backers.

Student film clubs want to run screenings or talks alongside the film festival in Goa, but sponsors expect a clear audience, benefits and a budget before they say yes.

Courses are often designed for an average learner, which can quietly exclude students with disabilities, language barriers or limited internet.

Student projects often end with a photo and a claim of success, leaving nobody able to say what actually changed.

Stores are crowded on weekends and quiet on weekdays, and customers leave when waits are long or staff are not free.

A regional-language publisher can sell books through big marketplaces, build its own reading app or do both, and each path changes who owns the reader.

Students swear by re-reading, while research on memory suggests spaced practice may work better, but few test it on themselves.

Small swings in what shoppers buy grow bigger at every stage back to the bottling plant, so upstream firms end up with too much stock or none.

Campaigners guess which words make people act on climate, but a small honest test can show which message actually lands.

Young riders hear safety messages constantly but still skip helmets and ride tired, so the usual lecture-style campaigns are not working.

A developer selling Goa villas to buyers in other cities gets many online enquiries, but sales staff waste time on unserious leads while promising ones wait days for a call.

Goans working in the Gulf, the UK and Portugal miss home flavours like bebinca, kokum and dried prawns, but shipping food abroad brings rules, costs and spoilage risks a founder must understand.

A family with a large house in a Goa village wants to host remote workers by the month, but does not know what to include, what to charge or whether the year adds up after quiet months.

Hotel chains promise a certain feeling across all their properties, but guests only judge the single property in front of them.

Student teams drift when exams arrive, and small disagreements about effort quietly end ventures that had a good idea.

Opening a shop in the wrong street can sink a business before it starts, yet many owners pick on instinct alone.

Some Goan crafts survive with only a few elderly practitioners, and well-meant filming often happens without proper consent, credit or any benefit to the artisans.

Steel buyers increasingly ask ore suppliers about environment, safety, community and legal compliance, and a clear questionnaire helps both sides, but many are generic and hard to answer.

Founders of small software start-ups in Goa hear about state support for IT firms but cannot tell which parts of the public policy fit a team of five.

A small ship repair yard prices every job by labour hours plus a flat overhead charge, so complex jobs that tie up the dry dock and cranes may be underpriced.

Operators compare themselves on coverage and price, but customers also judge them on how easy and respectful the whole experience feels.

Mixed household waste is hard to compost or recycle, and a ward without a sorting system sends most of it to a dump.
